MARINE RUBBER FENDERS

MARINE RUBBER FENDER SYSTEM

Marine rubber fenders serve as "buffers" and provide a safe interface between berthing vessels, berth structures, or other vessels.

The primary function of the marine fender system is to absorb the ship's kinetic energy and convert it into a reaction force that can be supported by the berthing structure and the ship's hull.

JettyGuard understands the importance of marine rubber fenders for vessels and terminals and is committed to ensuring that our customers receive quality products that meet global standards, including the PIANC 2002 Apendix A, ASTM F2192-05, and more.

JettyGuard rubber fenders come in different forms, including JCO, JSC, JD, and many others. All of these types of rubber fenders have their own unique ways, with different specifications and uses, as described below.

Commitment to Detail

Uncompromising Attention to Detail – Our commitment to excellence is unwavering, especially when it comes to ensuring safety.

Manufacturing

JettyGuard Marine Rubber Fender production line offers a comprehensive range of molds and rubber grades to choose from, ranging from low to ultra-high reaction forces.

We have our own rubber fender manufacturing plant in Yangzhou and have a proven track record of producing high-quality rubber fenders, including cone fenders, cell fenders, arch fenders, cylindrical fenders, leg fenders, etc.

Front panel manufacturing, including blast and paint, is accomplished in the workshop near our fender workshop, which makes factory visits and factory logistics easier and more efficient.

Components such as UHMW-PE pads, chains, and anchors are produced by pre-certified manufacturers and are also close to our facilities.

Testing & Quality Control

Testing every batch of fenders we produce is an important part of our business. This process, called fender acceptance testing, involves performance testing of the actual fender produced by the project. To ensure proper production and compliance, fenders are typically tested via a 10% random selection.

Marine rubber fender is an engineered material that offers optimal performance in terms of cost, energy absorption, wear resistance, UV resistance, and more. All of our rubber material compounds are tested in accordance with PIANC 2002, BS 6349, EAU 2012, EC3, DIN 18800, BS 5950, and AISC.

We use strict quality control in every step of production to ensure that we meet global standards, provide high-quality safety rubber fenders at competitive prices, and protect port infrastructure, ships, and personnel.

I've been in business for over 30 years, and working with Jettyguard has been one of my best decisions. They're straightforward, reliable, they know their stuff, and they know how the market works.

I buy different products from them, fenders, chains, anchors, chocks, etc., mainly for vessel building.

What I appreciate most about Jettyguard is how they handle business - no fuss, no overcomplicating things. Just solid, dependable service and delivery. It’s rare to find that these days.

To anyone involved in vessel building looking for serious supply, I'd recommend Jettyguard Limited any day. They get the job done, and they do it well.
